We use cTrader's official OAuth 2.0 flow. You log in directly on cTrader's servers — your username and password never touch our infrastructure. We only receive an access token that lets us place orders and read positions on your behalf.
Yes. Access tokens are encrypted at rest in our database. We never see your password. All connections to cTrader use TLS. Your positions and orders are streamed from cTrader directly to your browser via a WebSocket — we don't store any of it.
Any cTrader broker that supports the Open API. That includes IC Markets, Pepperstone, FxPro, Spotware demo accounts, and many more. If it works with the cTrader desktop app, it works with Position Manager.
Yes. Both demo and live accounts are supported. The dashboard shows a DEMO or LIVE badge so you always know which you're trading.
You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier (read-only dashboard). Your bound cTrader accounts stay connected but bulk actions are disabled until you resubscribe.
Your first subscription (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual) includes a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial from your account page and you'll never be billed.
All subscriptions are non-refundable. Because every first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, you have a full week to evaluate the product before any charge occurs. Cancel during the trial to avoid billing.
All three plans give you the same Pro features, priced per cTrader account. Quarterly and Annual plans include a larger discount for committing longer. Prices are shown with the discount already applied.
