By accessing or using cTrader Position Manager ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides a web-based dashboard for managing positions and orders on cTrader accounts through cTrader's Open API. The Service requires you to authenticate with cTrader via OAuth and grant us permission to place orders and read positions on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with any laws applicable to you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. The Service is a tool to help you manage positions — it does not provide investment advice, signals, or recommendations. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their outcomes. We make no guarantee regarding profits or losses.
Paid features are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; you may cancel any time during the trial at no cost.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to failures of third parties (cTrader, Supabase, Render, Stripe). We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or trading losses — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay. On termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or on the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
